1 Week Workshop

Build the first real AI workflow with your team in the loop.

The 1 week workshop is the most practical starting point for many businesses. We meet in person across three separate days, use the remote time for prep and follow-up, and turn one priority bottleneck into a working system.

What to expect

A build sprint with enough room to test, revise, and train.

We pick one high-value workflow before the week starts, such as lead follow-up, estimate support, content production, sales enablement, reporting, intake, or internal knowledge retrieval.

The in-person sessions are used for discovery, live building, team feedback, and handoff. The virtual time is used for prep, cleanup, documentation, and follow-up questions.

The work happens in your actual accounts where possible, so your team owns the workflow after the workshop instead of depending on a black-box vendor setup.

Typical rhythm

Three in-person sessions, with implementation between them.

The schedule can flex around the business, but the default rhythm is built to keep decisions moving while still leaving time to build and refine.

Session 1: map the workflow, define success, gather examples, and choose the first version of the system.

Session 2: build or configure the workflow, test it with real examples, and adjust it with the people who will use it.

Session 3: train the team, document the process, assign ownership, and agree on the next improvement cycle.

You leave with

A working first system and a handoff kit.

A useful AI workflow tied to a real business bottleneck, not a generic demo.

Templates, prompts, process notes, and basic documentation so the team understands how to keep using it.

A prioritized next-step list for additional workflows, integrations, website changes, CRM cleanup, or deeper automation.

Next step

Use one week to get out of theory and into a real workflow.

This is the best choice when your team needs help building and adopting the first system.
